Established in 1997, the foundation helped secure critical leadership funds to support the original DeWitt Community Hospital as it expanded to meet the growing needs of the community. Today, the foundation continues to be a key driver in shaping the future of healthcare and senior living in the region.
One of the foundation’s most transformative projects is the development of Fieldstone, a new senior living campus designed to meet the demands of today’s active older adults. Fieldstone will provide much-needed assisted living and skilled nursing services, offering modern amenities and a vibrant community specifically designed for seniors. This project is an essential part of ensuring that Clinton County is equipped to support the needs of its aging population well into the future.
