RETURNS & Exchanges POLICY

In-Store Return & Exchange Policy

You have 30 days from date of original purchase to return your item(s) for a full refund, as long as the piece is in unworn/new condition. Purchase amount will be refunded to the original card used for purchase (you may be asked to present the card). If originally paid for in cash, a check will be issued for the refund amount. No cash will be given.

After the initial 30 day return period, you have 3 months from the original purchase date to return item(s) for in-store credit or exchange towards different item(s).

Please note that this policy also applies to items purchased online that you will be returning in store.

Online Return & Exchange Policy

Items purchased online can be returned either by visiting us in store or by shipping the item(s) back to our store, as long as they are in unworn/new condition. If you’re stopping in store to return an online purchase, please refer to the In-Store Return & Exchange Policy. Online purchases that are returned in store must be returned by 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund. After the initial 30 day return period, you have 3 months after the delivery date to return the item(s) for in-store credit or exchange towards a different item.

For item(s) purchased online that you are returning by shipping the item(s) back to our store, you have 30 days from the original delivery date to return your item(s) for a full refund, as long as the piece is in unworn/new condition. Purchase amount will be refunded to the original card used for purchase. It may take 5 to 10 business days for your bank account to reflect the refund. After the initial 30 day return period, you have 3 months after the delivery date to return the item(s) for a  one-time-use gift card code for use on the Necker’s Jewelers website.

Shipping Your Return/Exchange Back to Our Store

To ship your item(s) back to our store, email us at suppport@neckersjewelers.com. Please be sure to include your first and last name, your phone number, the address from which you’ll be mailing your return from, as well as your order number. Once we’ve received this information, we’ll create a return label and email it to you. After receiving your return label, please carefully package your item(s) in an appropriately sized box and take it to USPS to ship back to us. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll either refund your purchase for returns received within the 30 day return period, or email you a one-time-use gift card code for item(s) shipped back to us after the 30 day return period up to 3 months after the delivery date. 

Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to process through your bank once we’ve submitted your refund.

Please note that for returns/exchanges exceeding $100, we will deduct the cost of the return label and shipping insurance from your refund/exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will inform you of any shipping charges when we send you your return label, and notify you of the amount you will be receiving for the return/exchange after shipping charges have been deducted.
